doorstep swiftly, securely and in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) sets out
the terms and conditions relating to the shipping and delivery of products purchased from our
Website. Given the nature of our products, We work exclusively with trusted logistics
partners to ensure that every shipment reaches you intact, on time and in compliance with the
applicable law.
This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Use, Return and Exchange
Policy and Privacy Policy. We request you to familiarise yourself with the terms therein
periodically to stay updated about any changes to the Policy.

1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship products across India. Currently We do not offer international shipping
outside India.

2. Delivery Timeline
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Products are usually delivered within 4-7 business days post-dispatch, subject to
serviceability and external conditions.
For the purposes of this Policy, business days shall exclude weekends and public holidays.
Any delays caused due to unforeseen circumstances or logistical challenges are beyond our
control, however our team will endeavour to resolve such issues promptly.

3. Shipping Charges
We offer Free Shipping on all orders above a minimum order amount which is notified on our
website www.tipnpo.com from time to time. We also offer the option of Cash on Delivery
(COD) for orders, which have an additional charge applicable as We incur additional cash
handling costs.

4. Shipping Partners and Tracking
We partner with reputed logistics providers for your shipments. Once your order is
dispatched, the tracking information will be shared with you via email or SMS. You can use
the tracking link to monitor the status of your order and the estimated date of delivery.

5. Serviceability and Restrictions

Please ensure that you enter the correct PIN code at checkout to confirm whether your
location is serviceable. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the address is not
serviceable. In the event that the address is not serviceable, the refund (if applicable) will be
initiated after deducting any shipping charges, where applicable. 
Depending on the nature of certain items, the delivery and shipping of the products may be
subject to delivery restrictions due to regulatory norms.

6. Risk and Title
Risk of loss and title for the products shall pass to you upon delivery. In the event you are
unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may reschedule / cancel the delivery. We
reserve the right to cancel your order in such cases and any refund shall be processed after
deducting the applicable delivery charges. 

7. Undelivered Orders
In the event that your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, you must notify
us within 2 days of the delivery confirmation. We shall coordinate with the courier to
investigate and resolve the issue. Any claims raised beyond this period shall not be
entertained.

8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or amend this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any
modifications made shall be deemed to be in accordance with the ‘Modifications’ clause of
our Terms of Use and shall be effective upon posting on the Website.
