Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

At tipnpo, we aim at providing you with the best shopping experience. Due to hygiene and safety concerns, especially for personal care and grooming products, we do not accept returns or exchanges of opened, used, or tampered items. This policy ensures the safety of our customers and compliance with the industry best practices. Affluens Lifestyle Private Limited is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.

Once the product has been delivered in good condition and accepted by the customer, we shall not be liable for any damage arising from improper use, storage or handling. 

  1. Returns and Exchanges:

In case your product is damaged at the time of delivery, we may exchange the product. You must notify us of the issue by mailing us at hello@tipnpo.com within 48 hours of delivery along with the required documentation mentioned below.

Returns and Exchange of products will only be considered if the product received is in damaged condition and subject to the following terms:

•     A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video of the parcel from the moment the package is opened shall be mandatory to support any claim regarding physical damage or tampering.

•     Claims must be raised within 48 business hours from the time of delivery. Failing to do so will result in rejection of the claim and no claims submitted beyond this window will be entertained.

•      Exchange requests will be subject to inspection and verification by Affluens Lifestyle Private Limited. We shall reserve the right to approve or reject the request after conducting the necessary checks.

•      Damages due to the user's mishandling by any means will not be covered under this Policy. This includes but is not limited to damages arising from dropping the product, exposure to heat or moisture or using the product contrary to the instructions provided.

Once your return request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-14 business days. Affluens Lifestyle Private Limited reserves the sole and absolute discretion to approve or deny any request for exchanges, returns or refunds based on the merits of the case. All decisions made by Affluens Lifestyle Private Limited shall be final and binding in this regard.

  1. Incomplete or Missing Items:

If your order is incomplete or missing any item(s), you must raise a complaint within 48 hours of receiving the order by mailing us at hello@tipnpo.com. Such complaints must also include an unboxing video clearly showing the contents of the package at the time of opening. Any complaints raised beyond the specified time limit may not be accepted.

  1. Non-returnable and Non-exchangeable Items:

Please note that the following items are non-returnable, and non-exchangeable under any circumstances:

  1. Trial packs, combo offers or free gift items;

  2. Personalised or customised orders; 

  3. Any product marked as “non-returnable” and/or “non-exchangeable” at the time of purchase.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Affluens Lifestyle Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages arising from delays, denials or rejections of return or exchange claims, except where caused solely due to the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of Affluens Lifestyle Private Limited.

  1. Refunds:

Refunds are processed only for approved returns or exchanges. Refunds for prepaid orders are issued back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (credit/debit card, bank, wallet, etc) within 7 business days of the refund request. Refunds for COD orders are issued to the bank account within 14 business days of the refund request. 

The refund timelines above indicate the processing timelines at tipnpo’s end. The actual receipt of funds may vary depending on your bank, payment gateway or card provider. In cases where the original payment is no longer active / valid, you must contact our customer support team to arrange an alternative refund method. Under no circumstances shall refunds be processed to third-party accounts.
