I’m new to skincare. How do I startand build my daily routine?
We recommend our simple 4-step routine: Cleanser → Serum → Moisturiser → Sunscreen. You can explore our starter kits.
How often should I use the products?
• Cleanser: Twice daily
• Serum: Once or twice daily (as needed)
• Moisturiser: Morning and night
• Sunscreen: Every morning 15-30 minutes sun exposure, and reapply every 2-3 hours
Do I need to follow a routine even if I don’tgo out much?
Yes! Pollution, screen exposure, and indoor air still affects your skin. A basic daily routine helps maintain skin health.

How can I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website at www.tipnpo.com. Just select your products, add them to cart, and proceed to checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.), and COD.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We usually dispatch orders within 24-48 hours. Delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer Free Shipping on orders?
Yes, on all orders above a minimum order amount which is notified on our website www.tipnpo.com from time to time.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available on orders, though there is an additional charge applicable as We incur additional cash handling costs.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track it in the ‘Track My Order’ link on the website.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges of opened, used, or tampered items. If you’ve received a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by mailing us at hello@tipnpo.com.
My product arrived damaged. What should I do?
In case your product is damaged at the time of delivery, the product can be exchanged by mailing us at hello@tipnpo.com within 48 hours of delivery A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video of the parcel from the moment the package is opened shall be mandatory to support any claim regarding physical damage or tampering.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are processed only for approved returns or exchanges. Refunds for prepaid orders are issued back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (credit/debit card, bank, wallet, etc) within 7 business days of the refund request. Refunds for COD orders are issued to the bank account within 14 business days of the refund request.
